Hakeem Otiti is a New York City native, born and bred in Brooklyn. As an entrepreneur, running his own men’s grooming facility for the past 15 years has put him in contact with people in the political, fashion, entertainment and sports industries. In addition to real estate, he's currently working for the N.Y. Foundling Hospital as a Foster Parent Recruiter/Foster Parent Trainer/Homefinder. He assists youth in need to find caring homes with responsible parents. Hakeem's responsibilities as an agent with Rutenberg Realty finding homes for his clients, compliments his abilities to find youth in care homes that are just as accommodating. His goal is to make all his clients from renters, first time buyers to experienced buyers, feel comfortable with the renting, buying and selling process. He does not rush his clients through a deal but listens to them and guides them efficiently and confidently. He takes upon himself the responsibility of each transaction, solving any problem that may arise.
